Order Cancellation

Program orders should be considered non-cancelable. Should an occasion arise that you need to cancel, there will be a $25 service fee assessed to your account in addition to any proof fees and charges for work already done. Orders which contain artwork or photographs have a minimum cancellation fee of $35.

If your order has passed the proof stage, it can not be canceled.
