To begin, select the program that’s right for you and start your order online. Here you’ll select your font(s), ink colors, paper color and any other applicable choices. You’ll also provide us with the basic information of when you need your programs, where you’d like them delivered and how we can contact you.
Once you’ve completed the online ordering step, you will receive an automated email confirmation which contains instructions for sending your program text. Please contact us if this email is not received.
Basically, all we need from you is what you want your programs to say and any special instructions you may have for how you want them to look. Unless you are very certain of specific items, we advise most brides to keep it simple. Just type your information in to a word or text document (.doc, .docx or .txt)
Don’t worry about laying things out, just get the information listed. Don’t forget to double check spellings, especially of names and places – things which we likely won’t catch if they are wrong.
Please use a plain font that’s easily readable. Times New Roman, or similar, size 12 or 13 is great. This allows us to fax your paperwork back and forth between departments without having problems reading it.read more
Wedding Program Fans are a beautiful and useful way for guests to stay “cool” at your wedding.
The truth of the matter is, if your wedding is held during warm part of the year, or if your venue is warm, people will use their programs as a fan – whether they are meant to be or not. By providing them with a fan, you’re not only saving your programs from being bent and crushed, you’re providing a thoughtful comfort to your guests.
These fan programs give your guests the comfort to cool themselves while following along with your ceremony. With many different shapes, sizes and colors to choose from you will have exactly what you need for your wedding.read more

Many brides ask “what is a wedding program for”?
To Make Guests Feel Included and Comfortable
If you are having a religious or traditional wedding, guests of other faiths or cultures may not understand some portions of the ceremony, or may feel lost if their participation is expected (a song, a communion, etc)
To Break the Ice
Some of your guests may not know the members of the wedding party. A family friend that you’ve not seen for many years may not know your spouse-to-be, or even remember your maid of honor sister who has grown up since the last time he saw her
As a Roadmap for Guests
Guests with special needs – such as those with small children or health concerns – will appreciate being able to gauge how far in to the ceremony things have progressed in case they feel a need to step out early
As a Souvenir
Wedding programs are an excellent souvenir – all the pertinent information is included and they are easy to tuck in a memory book or family Bible.
